Game Protection Workshop. 1. Those in attendance will be shown 30 proven ways to increase their departments bottom line by simply doing things the right way. 2. Those table game employees in attendance will be shown how to effectively watch and protect their sections even when their section requires watching more than four table games. 3. Those in attendance from all departments will walk away truly understanding the meaning of the two words that have helped great leaders become effective and successful for centuries. Those two words are Responsibility and Accountability. Once these two words are understood by management, all employees will know and understand why mediocre job performance can no longer be tolerated. 4. Those in attendance from all departments will be shown and instructed on how to give their employees real formal training on a daily basis. The way it stands now, far too many casinos are paying their employees a good income to do a job they dont know how to do. By teaching employees the many things they should know on a daily basis, it will increase their knowledge, add value to the department and double the table games protection. 5. All casino employees in attendance will walk away from my workshop understanding the real meaning of customer service and the importance of what it will take to win the customers loyalty.
